SZA Drops the "Warm Winds" visual and we're like...

... *Love eye'd emoji*

Top Dawg Entertainment's resident songbird has released her first official album last week. TDE and it's famous counter parts have been steadily on the tips of tongues for the past 3 years now. SZA has been bubbling beneath the surface and while the crate diggers and sound cloud surfers were well aware of her existence, the buzz is beginning to grow. This soulful young lady has come up for air, Z was it! This newest release came off the cusp of her two previous tapes, See SZA Run and S. Without a doubt Z is a blend of her past two releases. Jazz flares and Electro hints are speckled throughout the record but, she plummets the listener into another world with "Sweet November". Foxy brown is that you? If she didn't channel 70's soul./psychedelic/funk then i don't know what to call it! By far one of the most surprising songs off the EP,

Her lackadaisical R&B style has come under fire by "critics" but, the potential path her sound will take is likely to be different. This is SZA's first release with a variety of sounds, styles and of course the hipster trap beats that she is so famous for. Oddly a visual corresponding to the song is becoming a staple in determining whether one likes a song or not. (Thank You Beysus). "Warm Winds" ft Isaiah Rashad a fellow TDE member only further co-signs my thumbs up to Z and it's song selection. #TeamSZA
